How We Work

How do we work?

We concentrate on working with and supporting those on the Autism Spectrum between the ages of 18 and 35.  This may be providing a calm and regular home life with them, or preparing them to transition from living with parents to living an independent lifestyle in supported housing, including equipping them for employment.

We need to create a sense of belonging for those in our community who have learning disabilities, to share and craft a purposeful future enhancing their emotional and physical wellbeing.  Building self-esteem, confidence and an ability to achieve personal goals.

Our staff team are well versed in working with our residents, parents and fellow professionals to build trusting relationships embodying best practise. Creating a holistic system including partnering with educational, social and spiritual bodies to benefit residents’ lives.
